COVERFEST VIII: SONGS OF THE 70S! The Reveal!

We were some busy little bees this month!

There are too many entries to listen to for me to waste your time with a bunch of reading, so I’d just like to give a big thank you to everybody that submitted songs this month, and a big thank you to everybody who listens and comments on these things every month.

And now, here are the entries…I hope you’ve got a lot of free time on your hands and a high speed connection at your disposal! As always, let me know if there's a problem with a link and I'll try to get it fixed ASAP. Also, if you submitted a song and don't see it here, let me know. I got a little frazzled this month with the flood of entries!

You're telling me!

There are a few epic songs in there too...going up close to and over 10mb!

They are basically arranged in order of file size from smallest to largest, but then I did some swapping around so as not to have multiple songs by the same forum member back to back.

There was a great turnout this month for sure. I've listened to all but 4 or 5 of these so far, and they're all really good.

I'm downloading and burning as fast as I can. I'm moist with anticipation (especially for Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding)!

I hope I have the right links matched up to the right names!

When I was doing a test this morning, I realized that I had gotten off track and the names and links weren't matching up. I think I have them right now, but if you come across something that looks suspect, let me know.

Geez, my 70's music knowledge is pretty bare. I'm googling everything that isn't Queen or T-Rex.

I'll be giving reviews a few at a time for the next week or so.

I'll have to do them at home so I can listen to the song as I'm reviewing it though...too many to keep track of!
