Roland M-DC1 "Dance" .mp3 page

I added M-DC1 page on my site.
http://deepsynthesis.net

It's a version of JV-880 with ROM replaced with the Dance board SR-JV80-06, which was discontinued because of copyright conflict.

Also I included sound comparison with JV-880. M-DC1 sounds the same as JV, including the warm filter.

Nice I remember back when the Korg prophecy and Nord Leads, I saw one of these in a music store in Texas and really wanted one because it had the word Dance on it Those were the days. I always love reading about these oldies.

Synth makers liked the word "Dance" in the 90s. Even Wavestation SR was advertised as Dance module....

Roland used AMG's samples to produce SR-JV80-06, but something went wrong in their contract. I don't know the details, but it seems AMG didn't like something in the way Roland used their samples.
Soon Roland discontinued the DANCE board and M-DC1, and it disappeared from their HP. So they are relatively rare.

I thought there were a couple of "problematic" sampled loops...
