Thumbs up Doug's Tubes...

I was asking about a place to get tubes for my Framus Cobra and was told about Doug's. So, I emailed him asking questions and whatnot. Great guy to deal with! He responded to my emails within an hour or two and was a great help! Definitely where I'll be getting my tubes from now on!

Oh, and by the way anybody interested in a licensed floyd brigdge system??? I've got one sittin around...never been used. PM me for any details!

Thanks,

Zach

I bought my tubes from Doug. Very knowledgable and very helpful when deciding what tubes to go with. (I'm a tube noob)

He's an amazing guy and the only person I'll ever buy tubes from. His replies are extremely quick and he never pressures you into buying anything. A class act all around!

Try

KCA nos tubes, nothing against Doug at all but you dint say what you're looking for. Also you can do a search for vacuum tubes on the net to find other sites.

Is he the same guy that has TeH Tube Store ?

Good website anyway ...... I don't know how biased they may be on tubes that they sell, but they seem to have some good info. Pretty pricey, but if the service is good, that is worth something.

Nope, though I have bought from the TubeStore with good results.

oh BTW, I would try some Shuguang 9th Generations for the Preamp and some RUBY BSTR EL-34's for the poweramp in your COBRA. You may find mixing the C9's with the stock EH pre's will give you the best results
