Badass!

I had meant to organize some kind of Forum Meetup, but it didn't really work out. Busy weekend.

I was wearing a blue/black striped zip-front hoodie. Fat guy, blond, was there with my friend Riley who is also a fat guy, but he's bald. Had a pearl jam shirt on.

I went last time they were in town 6 or 8 months ago and Dethklok completely blew me away.

I think it was the 630 start that caused most of this.

1: Sober
2: What metal shows start at 630?

Also....High on Fire is NOT metal. If they're metal, then Chevelle is metal.

I went to that show in Des Moines last month. HOF was decent, Converge sucked, Mastadon was sweet and Dethklok was cool too. Bad venue but a good show.

I'll agree with anyone who said the lead singer for Converge was disappointing. He sounds much better on the albums and I'm not quite sure what his angle was live.

His angle is he's been doing it for 20 years and tour will take its toll.

Hey, no need to say so, I still had a good fuckin time, and they're still one of my favorite bands.

Would still love to see them in a smaller venue.

That's where they excel in my opinion, Bannon is such a crazy guy, half the set he just throws the mic into the crowd and runs around like a mad man.
