My very first electric guitar was a Dean from Sears catalog that had a crackle finish. This isn't mine, but mine was exactly like this:



I got it around 1988.

Mine was rendered to ash in a house fire in the mid 90s.

Not really a big loss, other than the sentimental value of losing my first electric guitar.
