Probably not. But... OTOH... he did save at least $50 by not buying "used."

Oh, and I don't mean to bash Paul here, 'cause I've talked to the dude and he's really nice and everything.... but it's a shame that he can't find a way to balance out the supply/demand ratio with his pedals. I mean, there's a lot of talk about inflated resale prices on pedals that take forever to get around here and other places, and from everything I hear Paul is very conscious of what's going on w/ his pedals, but still... time after time I see $200 Timmy's and $250+ Tim's in the SPAM threads @ TGP.

It's really a shame.

Way more than 50!!
On TGP someone was selling a timmy for 160 and they were saying how rediculously cheap it was.....

In Aus, i saw a Timmy go for 299 in less than a week.....
right now that equates to about 270 US.....

I ordered my Timmy/Tim in either late April or early May i think, so we'll see how it goes! Hopefully it makes it to me by Christmas . I will get one or the other, depending on fundzzz

dammit....

I ordered my Tim in June. At first he told me it'd be ready in August. I called in August to check in, after he had invited me to do so, and he told me it'd be September. I called in September, he said late October. I called in October, and he said mid-November.

Well, here I sit.... Tim-less.

Maybe... just MAYBE he'll have it done and out to me by Thanksgiving. I really hope so.

But Crxsh is right, Paul is a freaking awesome guy. He's as nice and as patient as they come and I'll support a guy like that ANY day over a company that rips off someone else's ideas, apologizes, then does it again anyway... *cough*DANO*cough*...

Yup.. he's all by himself, which actually makes sense to me.

The demand for his pedals is still ridiculously high, and as long as people keep demanding his pedals despite the wait time, he has no reason to hire anyone...

more moneyz for himself. ...

its worth the wait. you just have to put it out of your mind and not think about it and them soon enough 6 months pass.

It was a good way to thwart GAS. "oh i should buy anything i already have a pedal on the way"

Trust me... it's wishful thinking...

On the brightside, you'll just have a late Christmas gift.

hmm...

Timmy - $129

Tim - $169

And the paint jobs aren't elaborate at all... just a pretty purple-ish blackish color. What more do you want? Sub $100 prices?
