Cubase drum plugin

Hi there. I've done a few searches and cant really find any useful information.

Im using cubase sx and have gotten pretty good at using the drum sequencer. However, i'm getting frusturated with the lack of decent drum sounds. Anyone have any idea of any plugins that can give me real sounding drums? I play mostly rock type music so i dont want electronic sounding drums.
Free plugin prefered ;)

I believe you want free sampled drum sounds and not the plug-in such as Batter?

The absolute best drums I have ever found for free is the NS kit. All very natural and very usefull. No electronic.

Soundfonts.

Go to www.rgcaudio.com and download their free VSTi soundfont player "sfz" (read the instructions there on how to use it...)

Then go over to www.hammersound.net and download tons of the free drum or GeneralMidi soundfonts there.

(you can also use the free NSKit soundfont version with the sfz player....)

And there is also a nice acoustic drumkit and other instruments in the free version of Sampletank2 at ikmultimedia.com
