Im interested in staring to dj.What I really want is some information on what equipment to purchase.I looking for the rock style.Disturbed,Incubis,Limp Bizkit,etc.Can anyone help me?

rock isn't a dj style.. there just happen to be djs in rock bands..
it's all basic sampling and scratching. Get a sampler a good direct drive deck and a good scratch mixer. And records, of course. most of what you're hearing in those bands is sampling.
and again, disturbed doesn't have a DJ.
rock is not a dj style however by saying he wants to dj in a rock back that does give us an idea of the style of dj'ing he's going to be doing. for instance, he's NOT going to be a mix dj, he's going to be a scratch dj, thus should get a scratch dj mixer and scratch dj carts.
what i recommend if you've got money is:
2 technics sl 1200 mkII's
2 shure m447 carts
2 slipmats
1 vestax pmc05 or pmc07 scratch mixer
1 pair of dj headphones
then you need something to amplify the signal out of the mixer, either your stereo if it has inputs, or a seperate amp and speakers.
