Has anyone had experience with the Kurzweil Mangler?
http://www.kurzweilmusicsystems.com/html/rumour-mangler.html
I did a quick Google search and didn't find any reviews.
I'm looking for a rack mount modulation unit for around $600. This seems to fit the bill, but I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with one.
Thanks,
-Paul

i've got the big brother of the rumour and mangler, the KSP8, and it's really a great unit. the sound quality is on par with eventide, the presets are impressive, it's easy as hell to program and build chains or presets, responds to midi control with no problem...all in all, it's a really rad box. i would assume that the same can be said for the rumour and mangler, since they share presets and are, according to kurzweil, stripped-down versions of the KSP8.

the kurzweil rumou and mangler are the best bangs for bucks in hardware effects units. plus, you get some good ad/da as well.
