Phil dude, you will HATE the G-Force. I am guessing that it aint for you?

2 things:
1) Why will I hate it? I work with session players all the time who use them for everything. I've never heard anything in the control room that sounded bad. Usually it sounds great.
2) Right now, I can't afford to be all that particular. I just sold my Orville (how'd it make the trip CFOD?) for personal reasons and I need something to cover a lot of bases. G-force seems to do a whole lot for 1/5th the price of the Orville. All I really need is delay and maybe chorus.

Having to sell the Orville is a bummer... but you have drunk from the sacred challas of Eventide... all things now will be lesser.
The following is...JMO...
The thing just sounds COLD. The reverbs are like poorly structured white noise the chorus is just so so ... the best patch is like 94 the Landau patch. I just had a miserable overall experience with it. The only thing going on with that piece is the user/midi interface... which is jsut superb... but tc didn't finish teh job by putting some sack behind the sound quality... I am less and less of a TC fan as time goes by. They display screens on the G-Force... if they ever fail are no longer available and are costly as hell to relace if you find some at tc to scavenge one for you. I would love it if the G-Force sounded good but it just doesnt deliver. You'd be better off with MPX 1... the interface is trick but the sound quality is way better than the Force... again thats just my take on it

I still say the Force has the best interface ever. The thing is sublime in that regard. I want the H8000 for my git rack...:D

Does the MPX-1 have a good harmonizer effect on it?

I'm actually also looking for one too. If Phil isn't interested, I might be. Where are you located, and how much are you looking to sell it for? No g-card I presume?
