Does anyone know how to record a dj set onto cdr on the computer. Are you able to put it through line in. Also anyone know where to get any possible software for recording this.

yes, you can do this..
the problem is you unless you have regular stereo (red/white inputs) on your computer, you'll have to convert the connnectors to 1/4" xlr (headphone jack size), you can plug in LINE IN or MIC on soundcard.. but watch the levels, and adjust EQ or it will bottom out.
soundforge is a good program because you can insert track markers where you blend in the second record...
then when using burning program, set prog to insert 0 sec delay time between tracks..

This buring software is the shit....you can edit tracks and do the same thing as soundforge......
some soundcards have rca inputs/outputs directly connected ... just run the record output on your mixer to those..or your 1/4 inch
