I bought a Lyle guitar over 30 years ago in a music shop in Indiana. I am preparing to possibly sell it, so I tried to research the company, values, etc. I thought most of their guitars from this period were made in Japan, but my model F-525 says Made in Korea. Does anybody know if this is real, that some Lyle guitars were made in Korea? How would I tell a real Lyle from a fake one?

Why would you be concerned about a Lyle fake?
I've owned and sold a few and they are nothing special. Just wondering b/c I've picked them up on eBay for $100 or less every time I got one and sold them for what I had in them.
A $100 guitar sets the expectations pretty low in my opinion. Fake or not, it doesn't really matter.

they were kinda a beginner brand . . . . They most likely started shipping guitars to be made in korea mid to late 70's
