Hi everybody.
Here is a short clip of an Moog guitar emulation using the Roland VG-99 and GK-3 pickup.

The Moog guitar creates endless sustain by driving the strings magnetically much like an Ebow.
The VG-99 creates the endless sustain in the digital domain by using a brilliantly designed short auto-truncating audio delay.
It's called" freeze".

The clip is here:

Thanks for listening

Very nice.

The freeze is a fun feature that I never thought I would use.

But once I saw that you could use it for more than the obvious.....

Yes, very nice example. Sounds very much like a church organ.

Thanks Alien.
I love finding new ways to use features we think as only being one dimensional.
The VG is endless in that way!

I just learned of one for EHX Stereo Memory man with Hazarai.
I know you have one.
(It is hands down one of the most creative little pedals out there)

Plug into the left channel input and plug the left output into the right input.
The right output is then the unit reprocessed a second time.
Bigger reverb, thicker modulation ect.
It a fun mono effect.

Cool clip - I like the chimey attack and long sustain.

I'll also be interested to try your little trick with my SMMH.
Thanks for sharing your all your clips and info.
It seems you have "boldly gone where no one has gone before."
