Yes. TRC is a dead giveaway, as if the ambiguous wording didn't tip you off.

Sorry-the Truss Rod Cover is too close to the nut. That's to hide the channel for the truss rod, as opposed to the drilled hole that a Gibson would show.
A Gibson's TRC sits a small distance above the top of the nut; this guitar's TRC is resting right on the nut. Dead giveaway.
The shape at the top of the headstock is wrong, the white covers on the back, the controls look to be off a bit, the list goes on...

Mix of features and characteristics that combined are a guitar Gibson never made. Headstock is wrong. Better pix, including the bridge wpuld show more tells.

Most of the fakes are on Craigslist, as the various forums enact rules to keep people from selling them there.
