Just curious. I use an Athlon XP 2100 at home and a P4 2.4 at work and it seems that my Athlon performs a little faster. Could be my imagination though. Just wanted to hear your thoughts for and against AMD:rolleyes:

I use an AMD 1800, and I am really pleased with it. Very fast, and it is faster than my dad's Pentium 4 1.8A.

I've been using an Athlon xp 1700 for a year now; I'd love to upgrade to the 2600 or something. It runs great for me. I don't have a p4 to compare to, but I don't have power problems..
