Hello Guys,
I'm living in Las Vegas and have a way to get into NAMM. I know i should go, lol, and I reallllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyy want to go but I gotta convince some people  why I need to go.
i'm looking to get a keyboard, Either a Fantom 6, a Motif xs6 or an M3. I also need some outdoor speakers.
Would going to NAMM help me with any of this? I am just a non-typical Musician and.....well please give me an excuse! :D
Oh I also have an Oasys.
thank you! :)

Um, they don't sell any synth-related items at NAMM. You can buy guitars and strings and cases and such on Sunday, but the way the industry works, NONE of the new synth items will be on the market for at least another 3 months.

Tired feet and tired ears, and if you're lucky, you might get a cold.
If you go, bring ear plugs or stop by the HEAR booth and pick up a free set of simple ones. Really. It gets pretty nasty in there even though the music police try to keep the SPL down to 85 dBA at each booth.
Understand that it's a show for manufacturers and distributors to sell to dealers, not a place for individuals to buy gear. But you can look, and for some things, even find someone there with some technical knowledge. The last day of the show, some manufacturers, mostly the Asian companies with cheap stuff, sell their samples off the floor at a discount so they won't have to carry them home, but don't expect to walk out of there with a Boogie cheap.

You say you have a way to get there. Do you mean you have transportation or you have a NAMM badge. If you don't have a NAMM badge getting there won't help. You need to work in the Musical Instrument industry or know someone that can get you a badge.
