Alesis BackTrack. Yes, I already mentioned it under most innovative, but it's a great accessory too.

The original keyboardist for Stryper invented a new bracket for keyboard players. This might not sound all that great to those who don't play keyboards... but for those of us who do play... this is exciting stuff.

X-Cessories.net has a new product called "Pedal To The Metal" Xtreme sustain pedal bracket.

I no longer have to duct tape my pedals to the floor etc. I also no longer have to search for them while I am playing and they are sliding away from me.

This bracket Kenny Metcalf of X-Cessories.net manufactured holds my sustain pedals in place. Now I have 100% concentration on my gig and the music and not searching for escaping pedals during a show.

The bracket is top quality. Solid Billet Aluminum -polished.

It will not break. it will out last your sustain pedals. It will last your entire career as long as you don't lose it or as long as it does not get stolen.

I did have to purchase a $6 rubber based piece of carpet, cut to the size I wanted to use for the base I would be standing on (and they did it this way to keep cost down and allow each artist the size they felt would accomodate them best) but the bracket had all the mounting hardware (4 bolts) and all I did was punch 4 holes into the carpet and insert the bolts. It took me 2 minutes and an Ice pick punch. I guess you could also use a drill.

They say on their website that the carpet will wear out before this product does... and they are correct.

I have replaced more sustain pedals in the last 20 years for breakage etc. This Pedal To The Metal sustain bracket will not break. Worth every penny.

I am very very (did I say very) pleased with this product. There isn't one this well made on the market.

I took the pictures directly from their website.

It currently comes in 2 models... a single pedal holder

or the double pedal holder

I give it 2 thumbs up, 2 high 5's, a score of 10 out of 10.
