I have used Audio-Technica's ATM-710 (condenser) on stage for about 2 years now and it has been fantastic. It sounds so much clearer than the dynamics. We recently had one of our live performances recorded using this mic and it turned out great. The vocals really soared above the mix.

I will be upgrading to the Audio-Technica AE4500 ,also a condenser for live performances for 2009. This same mic was used on stage for the Country Music Awards this year and like the ATM-710, it rocks the sound without being overly sensitive to feedback.
