i have nothing against ray. ive met him before and hes one of the coolest/niest people ive ever met, but im just wondering why he gets his own personal section of the forum?

When you reach a certain level as a musician you get free stuff, like your own section. Plus there's so many beginner opinions on the forum it's nice to get a pro's opinion once in a while. If they didn't give him his own section people might not believe it's really him. It's a great way to connect with your idol and his fans. Other sites like talkbass.com do it often.
