View Full Version : Any recommedations on Trip Hop sample audio?
Eastwest Pure Trip Hop? Any others? I know it's not purely Trip Hop, but how about BT's Breaks from the Nu Skool? Any good?

For Trip Hop you should be able to use most anything. What are you looking for though? (ie. beats, instruments, dialogue, etc.)
peace.

hey Fly,
could you name me some Trip Hop artists. Im interested as to what gear and techniques they use to make their music.
thanks
bigsplendor: I'm looking for beats mostly, since I want to add lots of guitar (that I can play myself) and synth pads. Are there any particular libraries that you like?
CoquitoKing: The bands I'm thinking of are Massive Attack, Morcheeba, Portishead and Tricky.

Okay, it sounds like you're looking for CD Sample Libraries as opposed to vinyl. Is this correct? The reason I'm asking is because I don't use a PC for anything music related. So if you're looking for a recommendation on ACID loops or something like that I'm afraid I won't be of much help.
