I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I figured since this place is full of singers, maybe someone can help me out.


I'm looking for any equipment, software plugins or just general technique tips and tricks for running recorded vocals through distortion.


I'm thinking along the lines of Ministry and early Nine Inch Nails types of vocal distortion.


What do you recommend for this type of sound?

There is a processor thread that may give you insight. I just ordered a new one, and I am going to give a run down on that shortly. It does have several nice distortion patches.
