Fail. Suggestions? Help....

Well I've been having to put up with this crap lately. my friends cars sunroof was broken. bent frame, slightly cracked glass. whenever it rained he would get COMPLETELY soaked he picks me up one day and it rained the night b4 and we get soaked. on with the story. I was hopping on my friends car like me and him and my friends ussually do. He allows it. So he drops me off one night and were goofing around and im on his car (some crap 88' honda) and im sittin there. He looks up and im sittin where his open sunroof is :rolleyes:. He looks up and sees it and shuts the sunroof button. wtf. cracks his sunroof and he drives off pissed. i know he should be mad but come on thats partly his fault right? Keep in mind this kid has some major depression issues :facepalm:. So next day I call him and hes like "dude its gonna cost 800 to get it fixed. :eek:. so i felt like a jerk of course and im like welo ill help you pay as much as i can so we agreed on like 10 and id give him more as time went on. so thats ok. doesnt call me for like 2 months. wont answer my calls. 2 months earlier b4 it happened he had my dean dime o flame. i want it back. one day he starts prank calling me texting and all kinds of crap bein a total dick. i get pissed and tell him i want my guitar back. he says no. you owe me 600 dollars. w. t. f. :mad::confused: of course im pissed. i offered him the help HE wanted and he ignored and harrassed me and is now holding my guitar for ransom. he starts calling my parents (who didnt know about it) and tells them lies and shit. im furious! he knows its killin me to not have my poor guitar since i bought my new amp nd havent been able t0o use it once! im sick of this. he wants way too much money and hes bein a chode licker. it IS mostly his fault right?
