it's not too bad :D

index finger on the 1st fret on the b and on the 1st fret on the e string
ring finger on the 3rd fret of the a string
pinky on the 3rd fret of the d string

the top x is an unplayed high e string, the bottom x is an unplayed low e string.

It looks just like a normal c chord except you dont use your 2nd finger, and you put your pinky on the 4th string 3rd fret.

Well, the 133011 is actually wrong, harmonically. First of all, the low F makes it a Csus4/f, and with that fingering you're doubling the 4th, the note that creates the tension of the chord.

So I'd play it like this:
x3x011
