Can't find the answer anywhere online. Besides the obvious answer "It's getting more downloads"--duh.
For example, today one of my songs jumped from zero hashes to all the way full, and I'm wondering if that means that 1000s of people downloaded it, or if it means that, by comparison to all of my other songs that haven't been downloaded at all, that if this one song got 2-3 downloads, then it's popularity meter jumped. Or, perhaps the meter is based on time, and while I got a lot of downloads today, over the next few weeks, the meter will slowly shrink as interest diminishes.
Basically I just don't understand it. Any insight from the veterans?
