My bands recording and this will be our first CD. We were just going to manufacture it ourselves and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that sold CD booklets (front cover that you design) for cheap in small quantities?

How small a quantity? Less than 50, 100, 1000? How high do you want the quality of the paper and graphics to be? How many pages?
