That video card is not good, you should get a 8800gt.
I know it's a little late, but that looks like a pretty bad deal.
That's an old Quad core. Unless your going to be doing something that can take advantage of all four cores, you're better off going with a newer Core 2 Duo. They newest ones have a 1333 MHz front side bus, 6 MB of L2, and the 3.0 GHz version goes for a little less than the Q6600. Most games don't make great use of multiple cores, so the 3.0Ghz chip will probably perform better most of the time.
The motherboard looks pretty cheap (it has on board video), plus the on board video will probably consume the x16 PCI-E lane making your 8600GT run slower than on a proper motherboard.
The 8600GT is a decent video card, but you're probably better off shelling out for a 8800GT, which is considerably faster. The 8800GT is about the best bang for the buck these days.
All and all I can't see what components possibly justify the price. 800MHz DDR2 memory (even 4 GB of it), 320GB hard drives and 300 Watt power supplies are all quite cheap. The only decent component looks to be the CPU.

300 watts is a pretty underpowered power supply for a gaming machine. Many graphics cards will require a bigger power supply.
