Is it easy to get into or must you be an "music merchant" ? Open to the world?? Admission? Lots of English spoken there?

Musik Messe is open to both as far as i am aware

English is the "lingua franca" of the show. Most transactions are done in English. All lectures are done in German.
The show is trade only for the first three days, and the last day (Saturday) is public day where anyone can pay to come it (don't know the price, but it's not excessive). Take a look at the Frankfurt video highlights in the Messe coverage for more details.
