Korg DS-10 - a synth for your Nintendo DS that looks like an MS-20. This is not a joke, it's really cool.

The Yamaha Tenori-on sequencer. Wow. One of the guys on the bill Saturday night will be playing it and I'll get video, it will blow your mind because this is a guy who really knows how to PLAY the thing.

Dr. Walker's getting one ASAP but I don't think he'll have it in time for our gig on Saturday.

That's not the NI thing I'm referring to, it won't be out until a few months from now.

The reason for the secrecy isn't because it's mind-blowing technology, but because they have a chance to gain a competitive advantage if no one else comes up with the same concept between now and the introduction date.

By the way I sent in the MIPA awards video and a "Freaks of Frankfurt" video on cool/weird looking guitars, so once they're converted to flash we'll have more stuff up :) And I got two more GREAT Tenori-On demos.

Hi,

I was also at the Mariott at the NI secret HQ for the show.
They showed me a cool thing about to come as well but I don't know if it's the same cool thing Craig is talking about. If it isn't then we have two cool things to look foreward to. :thu:
