Today a video (in french sorry) about the Torpedo, with some short samples (using a Name of Sound amplifier head, from a french firm) :

It's here (http://simulateur-ampli-guitare.two-notes.audiofanzine.com/videos/index,id_video,231,idproduit,90393.html)

In short :

The Torpedo VB101 will be released with 16 cabinets, 8 for guitar and 8 for bass, some 4x12, 2x12, 2x10...

Each month, TWO NOTES will give to its customers a new cabinet, using the update system from the website. And a soft will be released to allow the customers to record their own cabinets and use them with the Torpedo VB101.

Hi,

I was there and was able listen to the prototype and while it wasn't all done and the guitar and amp was nothing like I would personally ever use it sounded very promising.

The demo was played mainly with distorsion and to me the really hard thing is to capture the dynamic nuances of a clean sound one the verge of breakup. I'm hoping to get the oppotunity to try one with equipment more closely resembling my own.

Cheers,

Mats N

Hi :thu:

Thanks for the interest ! We promise, we won't make audio demos with only saturated sounds :)
