I know how much we all enjoy Jeff Indyke's superb instruction, so I wanted to let you know that there's an incredible new video of him out! Since he tries to sell his instructional things I couldn't post this in the real forum so in the spam forum it shall go.

Observe as he ''REVERSES THE POLARITY'' halfway through!
Observe as he shouts ''DOUBLE TIME'' then doesn't actually play double time!
Observe as he shouts questions and then the answer in the form of ''YEAH? YEAH!''
Observe as he shocks himself by saying ''OH!''
Jeff, the greatest modern drum instructor today.

I found that guy on you tube a few weeks ago and found the guy so entertaining I couldn't stop watching it was like watching a very talented dude playing some stuff. He kind of reminds me of Al Pacino if he played drums and tried to explain how to play them... I did pick up a lot of info watching his vids though, you can tell he's been around the block a few times.

Amazing just how bad he can get those drums to sound. Must be special tuning. :freak:

He doesn't seem to grasp that with video tape, you should follow a script to communicate clearly. You can also use that magic known as "editing" to cut out superfluous fumbling with headphones, mic's and such.

Damn, I just lost 9:18 of my life watching that...

Haha spot-on glossary! But hey, are you trying to tell me you didn't enjoy his POLARITY REVERSAL?

Polarity reversal...yeah, he's an electrifying drummer....
Incidentally, thanks to his poorly mic'd kit sound, people might think acrylic kits actually sound that bad...

The stage is dark...
Then a single beam illuminates a drumset...
Its drummer doesn't move, apparently in deep concentration...
Suddenly...
HELLO OUT THERE!!!
