I believe that was one of the Soloway Swans.

The first 5 are of a friend of mine (from another forum) who was testing my guitars out initially and then playing demos in various booths at their request. He's a monster player and specializes in the 10-string. The next two are variations on The Stick followed by a couple of Rick Turner's Renaissance guitars and then the Baggs booth where Phil Keaggy was playing. I cannot remember the name of the older gentleman holding the guitar he designed and built, but that guitar was magnificent! MAN, did that thing PROJECT!! Stunning piece of work and workmanship, too. Then, there are some whacked Johnson guitars (the rocket on the machine gun really is a "live" model rocket and it does launch from there...) and then my favorite of the show... The Paradis Diguit... Absolutely spectacular guitars. Perfect balance. Nylon strings. 2" nut width should have thrown me off, but they were so impeccably playable that I was able to play it like it was the only guitar I ever had immediately... which drew a small crowd listening and much to my surprise, they liked it! It only goes for US$17,000.00! Rolf Spuler holding the mahogany one on the chair is the designer/luthier. Remarkably humble guy.

Then, there are tables of TGP folks and Dana is the one doing most of the playing in the chair followed by Jim Soloway of Soloway Swan Guitars fame. After that is Gerhard and (I've forgotten now) and then I took a shot of me and Flavio Giannini for a friend whose Craviola I saved with a pretty elaborate repair (which Flavio really seemed to appreciate when I showed him the photos of the repair and process). Then, I took a couple of Dano shots for a friend followed by a bizarre looking interview for no particular reason. I just realized I forgot to upload the pic of John Mayer playing a 40 minute solo acoustic set at The Hilton... Say what you want, but the guy is a helluva performer. He DOES have some major skills. He was also very humbled by the reception from what he feels are his true peers... That acceptance really appeared to mean a lot to him. It was his first trade show and had never played before so many true musicians before. To add to that, he had to follow Phil Keaggy's 40 minute set... No pressure there or anything!

Others will have to put names to many of the faces at the tables as I am HORRIBLE at remembering names.

I believe that was one of the Soloway Swans.

It is and Dana is completely smoking it. And Boggs, I just got home a couple minutes ago. Send me the address and I'll mail you the cord.

And for The Realm, here's the guitar in that photo.

That was one major popular axe at The Breakfast, for sure... Very distinctive tone.
