with excessive amounts of volume in mall parking lots...I reach many more listeners than any other method with the least amount of effort...just roll down the windows and crank it up!

But do you make any money off of that approach, like keeping CDs for sale in the back of the car?

It's kind of more a ransom type deal...they pay me to turn it off.

It's possible IJReilly here really is from a Confederacy of Dunces, not just his icon! ;)

my girlfriend was in her hotel room playing my tunes rather loudly(she has two or three different ceedees of my music) while staying in NEW YORK CITY,
Long story short: the several folkes on that floor that heard it, wanted a copy and said the music "soothed" them like no other.
I ain't sure what songs were heard.
I give her ceedees now for when she travels to hand out for free to anyone who wants one.
it still freaks me out. NYC strangers, likeing my homemade redneck jams.
I do my songs for "me", mostly.
