Better than a lot of HH stands that come with many kits, this one has served me well, but I got the 750 series stand as I like the lever/cam action better...
Double braced, three legs. Legs are position adjustable. Has notched spring adjustment - quite a few clicks...actaully will develop more tension than an IronCobra HH stand... Pipe has memory lock, Clutch will be included.
Not in mint condition, as it's been gigged, but, it's not been trashed/thrown around. Might be a bit scratched up from my stick holder, but I don't think there are any dents on it.
