Just stick to the real thing for now, robot technology is still a long ways off. Cloning, however, has come a long way, if you're into the whole beastiality thing, but you'll probably be burned alive by religious zealots for doing that. If you're not getting any now, looks like you'll have to make due with your good old hand.
