Bass drum to floor tom conversion

i know they make risers out there so you can convert your floor tom into a bass drum, but do the make anything to convert a bass drum into a floor tom?

i suppose you could have the bass drum legs AND the floor tom legs on there....but there has to be another way.....

i have an 18" kick and i want to avoid drilling anymore holes in it and have use for both a kick and floor tom. any ideas?
