Two brand new just out of the packing two 21' crank up towers and 32' of square truss.
two 12' crank up lighting trees
two pushup stands and many other speaker stands and stuff we sometimes use for lighting.
Our main dimmer rack has 3 NSI dimmers 8 channels @ 1200watts each. We also have a few sunn dimmers that have 4 channels and are 500watts /channel.
We have two nsi lighting boards, one is a small 16 channel board and the other is a 24/48 channel board(24 channels when using submasters, 48 when not). We also have a DMX-512 controler for the scanners.

i'm currently lighting a three piece bar band with the following:
2- american dj par 38 trees ( 4 pars to a bar ) with tripods and ts-4 chase controllers and two pl 1000 pin spots on the trees. this is a front line minimal system for venues where floor space is a minimum.
when the venue allows i add the back line which is:
a ten foot on stage stands truss system with t-bars on the top.
lightquest lq 72's are on the ends of the trees.
across the back line left to right: adj minigem.. adj avenger II.. adj smaller strobe (25 watts i think ) adj laser widow.. par 36 can.. adj minigem and two black flourescent lights.
controllers: adj light co-pilot.. adj bar tq.
i also add some clamp lights and floor lights to the chase system to illuminate the drum kit.. and a adj shadow fog machine.
i give the stage more depth and suck up some sound in some venues by using a black velour theatrical stage drop i custom ordered from mainstage theatrical supplies.
the advantage to this system is that it can be controlled from the stage using foot switches. there are alot of different chase options with this system as long as someone is puching the right buttons.
the bartq follows the dmx 512 protocol.. but "wiggle lights" aren't in the budget right now.. so i just set it for manual chase programs.
if i'm working at my "other job" i help set up all kinds of different gear provided by either the venue.. or the tour. light plots anyone?
for example.. tomorrow i'm off to do the touring production of the musical oklahoma.. next week it's the wwe ( i've got show call so i could be on t-v as the "cable rat". gotta look good in black ).. the week after 42nd street. i work in whatever department i'm assigned to for the day.. carps.. electrics.. sound.. props.. whatever.. it's all good.

its cool....i will prolly get another one. I use it for my big ending number.
Yeah I need that much fog, until I can more and more integrate the live instruments into my set, the lights play a big role.
I am a visual guy, once i can get video going...look out!
heh
the f1250 plays a singular role while the 750's are fog ambience fog. so its not like all 3 are going at once.....its hard to explain, you'd just have to see it! javascript:smilie('')

Right now it's just four Chauvet Intimidators, a pair of moonflowers, a cheap fogger, a color changer, and a bunch of small strobes. Working on the rig before our first show back in April, though... hoping to have six Intimidators, three Omegas, six 45-75W strobes, about a dozen Par 38 cans, and a 750W strobe, all controlled via DMX.
