Well I'm looking for something thats very versatile, can get tones from 80's metal to modern hard rock/metal(Alice In Chains/Shadows Fall/Killswitch Engage, etc.), is reliable, etc.

I've played thru my other guitarist's Peavey 5150(all original), a Splawn Quickrod, borrowed my brother-in-law's Bogner Uberschall a little while back. All very killer amps but I might need something with 3 channels, I want to avoid using pedals for boosting. The only effects I really use are chorus, reverb, delay and maybe a wah here and there, thats about it.

Then u need my pearce 2 channel pre/pwr amp. it has an alesis microverb on board and a limiter and its own footswitch to combine both or seperate channels. 200w mono 8ohm, 100w stereo 4ohm, and 65w stereo 8ohm. 2 space unit. the feature i like the best is the panning fx, using two cabs. $500.

if u want 3 channels i suggest a keyboard amp. i dont know too many 3 channel gtr amps.
