I am considering buying this soundcard from a guy for about $200, and wonder wether anyone knows it, and wether it is a good one and worth the price. It is, as far as I understand, supplied with a software called Logic Audio Pro. Is this a good recording system compared for instance to other Logic Audio products (Silver and so on)or others (Cubase, Cakewalk)? I am going to use it on my home computer for multi trac recording (el. guitar, acoustic guitar etc.) and plug-ins. Thank You!

I'm probably too late to stop you, but I would advise against this card. It has crappy drivers that only really work properly with the included version of Logic (3.5, which sucks).
It doesn't work properly with Cubase. The internal sampler function is a joke, and doesn't have soundfont support. Plus its almost guaranteed to have problem with your PC's motherboard.
Shop around for something else, if you're talking US$200 you should have a few other options!

Actually, I used to have this card and it worked pretty well. The original drivers did suck. But the upgrades made everything worked fine. I used it with Cubase 3.7 and 5.0 without problems.
