NEED HELP (Cakewalk 9 related)

I'm about to format my computer but I have alot of cakewalk projects on my computer, how can I save those projects?? (should I burn the main project file into a cd)?
the problem is, I know that the project wave files are stored in some directory!

If they are .WRK files, load them back up and save them as BUN files. .BUN (bundle) files store both MIDI and audio data in one file that can be saved/burned/backed up.
