TAB Software?

Okay I use Melody Assistant which is a great program, but the TAB editing on it is kinda screwy.
I know Finale2002 lets you do TAB but it's freakin $400 which I don't have!

Can anyone recommend a program that allows you to edit tab [so you can specify which note/fret to use as opposed to automatically calculated off of standard notation] and PRINT BOTH TAB AND STANDARD Notation in one score?

get a program called powertab editor. it's the best on the web and its free. plus there are alot of sites to download songs for it, and you can even add drums and bass and piano and whatever you want. it does everything. did I mention it's free?
there is even a site which you can download a file for it thats ten megabytes and it has over 5000 songs in it. deadly
