reaktor and cubase vst

Hello,

I have a problem with using reaktor as an VST instrument in
cubase VST 5. When i use reaktor as a vst instrument all the
patches seem to be out of tune (i can tell that by comparing
it to the stand-alone version). Also the controller-data do not
seem to be handled correctly. I think this maybe has to do with the internal sample frequency of cubase vst. I have it set to 48 khz because I have a Soundblaster Live whith APS driver.
But according to the Reaktor manual this shouldn't be a problem.

Does anyone else have experience with this?
