Conducting a survey (survey site under construction) on the challenges that users are facing with installing, customizing, tuning and troubleshooting computer DAW systms (namely Logic Audio, Cakewalk, Cubase and Protools LE). This includes the vast number of audio/midi interfaces on the market. Our goal is to provide services and products that can address these challenges.
If you had a one stop shop for training (WEB seminars, CD tutorials, and classes), custom PC build, tuning tips, Solution Configurator (diagrams on how to integrate studio components), buyers advise, on-site support, how valuable would this be?
1. Extremely. I would be a customer
2. Moderately. May come in handy one day
3. Not at all. Have everything I need to support me.
