Best program for recording rap

hey, my friends are looking to record a rap cd.
What is a good program for laying down like one or 2 tracks of vocals and then some drum beats on top of it? THe software must have good drum samples. (it can be seperate drum software, i'm not sure what program has good beats)

acid pro 3.0 is far and away the best looping program and it records linear vocal tracks. it's the thing for rap and hip hop.
