After i installed cubasis, my computer tweaks every now and then, there is an option(i forgot which one) during the installation process, that i turned on and now it crashes my pc, how can i solve this? i already removed the program and it still tweaks...

Best thing you can do mate is to clear your hard drive (open a DOS window and type:- Format c http://acapella.harmony-central.com/smile.gif. This will sort out your computer but you'll have to reinstall Windows etc. Takes time but it's worth it.

Is there any other way? this is the third time i have to re-install windows. Do you know what caused it??

Don't know about the Cubasis factor but if you have to re-install windows (95+98 you didn't state OS) without losing your programs and settings. Go to explorer windows\options\cabs and run setup.exe (not from cd-rom)

Once again that will just re-install the default windows drivers but not delete what ever software you have in there right now.

Then tweak windows to your liking again afterwards http://acapella.harmony-central.com/wink.gif

This will take about 30-40 min, but much better than re-installing EVERYTHING over again


other than that type 'msconfig' in the Start>Run and look for the error msg there and click it off
