For Windows Firefox users:
In some Pro Review posts (for example, in Craig Anderton's review of the Line 6 Floor Pod), you'll see links to mp3 files come up as "attachment.php" files in an "Opening" dialog box. You can download these files and change the extension to .mp3, so that your media player will recognize them.
But for those who just want to “click ’n’ listen,” and avoid the whole downloading routine, here’s a shortcut:
1. Click on the link, which comes up as “attachment.php” in the “Opening” dialog box.
2. Select “Open with,” pull down and select “Other…” and navigate to your favorite media-playing app. (I chose Windows Media Player, so it was Desktop\My Computer\C Drive\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe.) Double-click to select it.

3. Now, whenever you click on subsequent audio links, you get the dialog box with wmplayer.exe (or whatever you chose) pre-filled (as shown below), so you just click “OK.” It’s the lazy man’s way to make those “attachment.php” files play as mp3’s every time!
