Decided to hold on to my money for a SKB pedalboard, indicate it was lost in the mail, had the insurance claim approved but decided not to send me the money back and doesn't repond to emails.

A complaint has been lodged with http://www.ic3.gov/ - why someone would want to explain to the FBI what they did for $65 is beyond me.
