I am selling a beautiful 1980 Guild F-50R in immaculate condition.
Jumbo, spruce top, rosewood back and sides, all original, gold tuners, G-shiled headstock, completely bound throughout, spectacular mop inlays with double-bound fretboard. Included is the the original Guild owner's manual/ care guide. Original HSC with blue fuzz interior.
Two very slight cosmetic blemishes- some bleeding of the original lacquer into the binding on the neck, and the pickguard has a slight wave on the upper edge closest to the bridge, I am guessing due to the expansion and contraction of the soundboard over the years. Because the guitar is 26 years old, the action is getting slightly high, and it will eventually need a neck reset, which is very common with the F-50s. It has an under saddle pickup- I am not sure if it is original, or the make/model of the pickup, but I have gigged with it through a Bose PAS system and it is crisp, and not at all boomy, which is very suprising considering the voice on this guitar.
Reviews of the F-50 and F-50R are here:

I am in Rhode Island, and am asking 1500.00 or a decent trade. You can email questions or for more pics at shawnpreilly@cox.net.
Thanks!
