I have an older Epi model D-16 acoustic. Bought it used to have around the house a few years back. It has a decent, full sound. The previous owner installed a good set of Grover tuners and a suprisingly good sounding undersaddle pickup and pre-amp. It has a few minor cosmetic issues. First, it has a small (1/4" wide) nick in the wood on one side. Second, it appears to have had a few chips in the wood around where the tuners install that have been filled with wood putty but not painted. No big deal as these make no difference in performance. It could use a slight truss rod adjustment but I haven't had time to do it yet. If you are looking for a collector's guitar, this is not the one but if you want a decent sounding acoustic to have around, this fits the bill.
I will sell this for $70 local pickup or $90 shipped in the continental US. I also have a real nice hard case for it if you are interested. I'd need to get $80 for it (I paid $110) but I would cover the additional cost to ship it with the guitar.
