Any users out there of either? Comments?
I'm looking at purchasing one of these, they both look as though they'll do the job. Software is not an issue as I already have that.
I looking to simply record guitar and vocals (same time or separately) into my PC.

If this was a Presonus Inspire vs. M Audio Black Box thread I could contribute. :(
Still, I'll bet you'd get better answers if you mentioned what software you'll be using, which OS platform, what mics you've got, and what kind of music you'll be recording.

Thanks for the advice.
I actually have allot of software, Sony Acid 6, Cakewalk, Guitar Rig 2. I'm on Windows XP with a Shure SM58 recording mostly acoustic light rock.

I'm using a Lexicon Omega with the supplied cubase le software. Love it. Sounds like your requirements are same as mine. I bought the Omega just before the Lambada came out. I think the only difference is the loss of 2 channels, which I don't need currently. Here's my first attempt all me one or two track at a time.

I just bought the Lambda for the balanced in/outs. I have to admit that I am dissappointed in the latency. I can't seem to get anything lower than 50ms and even then I get drops at times. My Audiotrak Prodigy gets 11ms and is rock solid; though it is a PCI sound card.
I am going to try a new USB cable, but it was a new one.
