Hey Now...
I had a VHS of Tommy Aldridge (Ozzy, Whitesnake, Ted Nugent, Black Oak Arkansas, etc) instructional video called (I think) "Double-bass drumming & rock soloing" years ago.
Anybody know where I can score a DVD of this?

That's funny... that's the first drum video I ever saw, and I was thinking about it this morning. That was fun stuff!

no...it was tommy aldridge only on the video...put out by hotlicks. bought it in 87 or 88...
I have that on vhs too! He actually made two videos. He plays a cool solo and uses his hands. I don't think its out on dvd though.

I recently saw Tommy Aldridge on the latest Whitesnake live DVD. My guitar player had it on at his house. I can't remember the name of the DVD, but Tommy does a SICK solo in it. I recommend everyone check it out! Truely a rock drummimg legend!
